Parker Apparel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We will delivers all packages to the address on your receipt. Please make sure address is correct before purchasing items. Refunds will not be given if shipped to wrong address as purchaser’s mistake. If your packages that are marked as delivered, but you did not received package please contact your local Post Office.
We accept exchanges within 10 days of your purchase if the item is unwashed, unworn & in the same condition as you received it. As soon as your item is received back to us, we will issue you a discount code for the original order value to be used as a store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
